Surfer’s Point

Late afternoon in Ventura, California. Surfers are entering and leaving the ocean carrying only their surf boards. I was there just enjoying the afternoon and decompressing from the day. This image appears almost black and white with the ocean mist creating a dream-like haze and all other objects are silhouetted. A sun beam comes through the camera lens highlighting the space between land and see and those that love to reside in both spaces. Surfers will go out any time of the day, this time just felt like a dream.
