Thankful!
So many wonderful things have happened in November to be thankful for! The Free Form Life team gathered in person to attend the Grassroots Yoga pop-up shop opportunity. I am so grateful for both Emma and Violet and their help over this past year. We have accomplished so much!
Speaking of which, we have a new website! And, you're on it! Please take a look around and let me know what you think. :)
My painting ,"Fall Harvest" is in the gallery at Pacific+Main outside the Free Form LIfe studio now through January 5th. Please come to our December 7th Artists' Reception to view the art and meet the artists.
Upcoming Events:
Gallery Artists' Reception: Dec. 7, 2024 6-8pm (free)
8 local artists displaying their art in the gallery featuring iconic Ventura local scenery. There will be art, music, refreshments and good company. We hope you can stop by!
First Fridays: Dec. 6 from 6-8pm (free) (no First Friday in January)
Artists open their studios for guests to view, discuss, and purchase art directly from the artist. Refreshments are available for free.
Tuesday Youth Art Lessons: Tuesdays 4-6pm ($10/hour/student)
Youth after-school art lessons. Learn the basics, practice on different mediums, find your artistic voice in this relaxed and focused session based class.
Saturday Art Studio Events: Dec. 7 from 3-5pm ($40/person or $60 for 2 people) Reserve Seats Here
Other community art events:
Buenaventura Art Association new location opening: Dec 14 1-4pm.
Miniature paintings in the gallery at 1793 E. Main St, Ventura, Ca 93001: Dec 21 12-3pm
All levels of artists are welcome. Together, in the studio, we will create paintings with watercolor or acrylics using in-studio objects, photos, and/or sample templates to design your own piece of art. As with all things, it's more fun with friends! Bring a friend and save. Time is set for 3-5pm. Supplies and refreshments are included.
